Coleslaw with a Twist

I have to be honest and admit that coleslaw is not a family favourite in our house (great if is is in yours). Here is a version that I modified from a Jamie Oliver recipe. Makes a nice change from mayo dressing and as an added bonus my kids all ate it!
Ingredients
1/4 savoy cabbage
2 carrots
2 small avocado (or one large)
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (I use low fat
2 limes
1 tablespoon diced coriander (if you don't have fresh use 1 teaspoon of chopped frozen coriander - you can buy tubes in the veggie section of the supermarket or freeze your own)
Method
I served it in an cheese omelet as per Jamie Oliver's recipe
