crepes with fruits

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 240 mls of lite milk
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 punnet of raspberries
Method
- Add flour, eggs and milk into a mixing bowl and combine until smooth
- Cut strawberries into small slices
- Heat flying pan with 1 tbs of oil
- Pour enough mixture into the pan so that the bottom of the pan is covered with mixture.
- Cook for 2 minutes before flipping the crepe
- Cook on this side for 1 minute before removing crepe from pan
- Sprinkle strawberries and raspberries on top of the crepe
- Eat with a knife and fork or rolled into a log
