Ingredients
- 4 organic tomatos
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 2 small tins of tuna (drained)
- 4 black olives
- one piece cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Cut tops off the tomatoes and scoop out tomato seeds
- Mix rice and tuna
- Pack cooked rice and tuna into the tomato
- Cut olives in half and place on the 'face' for eyes
- Cut out a mouth from cheese
- Place on greased cooking tray and bake for 10mins
