Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Kale
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Coconut oil
Method
- Wash and dry kale
- Remove the stalks
- Tear kale into chip sized pieces and place in plastic bag or zip lock bag
- Add salt, pepper and coconut oil into the bag.
- Seal the bag and shake until kale is coated
- Spread kale on a baking tray and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes
